Jalapeno with bacon and cream cheese

Jalapeno with bacon and cream cheese

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 100-150 g bacon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp chopped herbs (coriander, dill, spring onion, parsley)
  • 15 jalapeno peppers
  • salt, pepper
  • mix the cheese with the herbs, salt, chopped garlic
  • cut the peppers in half, discard the seeds
  • fill each half of the pepper with the cheese and wrap with the bacon
  • bake in the oven for 15 min at 200C
