Crostini with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes
I would not dare to call it a recipe, it is just a very good combination of two ingredients, matched for a perfect balance. If you cannot find the sun-dried tomatoes, you can take Roasted tomatoes, I promise that it would be equally delicious.
I tried these crostini with different types of pesto, made of coriander, parsley or dill. The one I loved the most was the rocket pesto and the unbeatable favourite was Pestо Genovese. You can serve them as appetizers or as a light snack.
