Avocado carpaccio with apples and shrimps

What is more important is to find that perfect match of flavours and textures, where even the most simple ingredients make up a sophisticated treat. The recipe below is one of those examples; you can serve it as a light lunch or as an individual appetizer.
This amount of ingredients serves 2 people. Sometimes it is difficult to slice the avocado, in that case I cut the avocado in half, take out the stone and slice it together with the peel, then peel every slice.
