Avocado salmon roe canapé

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sugar (optionally)
- ½ medium sized sweet onion (chopped)
- Salt, ground black pepper
- Salmon roe (smoked salmon)
- Peel avocado and mash to a smooth pulp. Add sour cream, lemon juice, egg, onion and blend in the blender until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer avocado cream to a bowl, cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
- Top Rye slices with the avocado cream, garnish with salmon roe or smoked salmon and dill sprig
