Rainbow Trout Roe Appetizer in Spoons

6 Servings
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise light (2 tbsp mayonnaise+2 tbsp Creme Fraiche)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 50 g rainbow trout rot (salmon roe)
- 0,5 tsp mustard seeds (crashed)
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Freshly ground black pepper
- In a small bow lightly whisk mayonnaise, mustard seeds and lemon juice. Add crashed mustard seeds, trout roe, dill, chives into mayonnaise mixture and gently toss.
- Arrange the mixture in the spoons and garnish with dill sprigs and freshly ground black pepper.
