Passion fruit liquorIntroduction
My friend Dora, knowing how much I love passion fruit, have shared this recipe with me, for which I'm very grateful to her. The liquor is heavenly delicious with the unforgettable aroma.
Thoughts and Ideas
I took fresh passion fruit pulp, but I think the frozen one will work as well. To my taste the liquor is too strong in this alcohol proportion, next time I will take 50 % vodka and less water. I filtered the liquor several times: first time through the sieve, and 2 times through the coffee filter. The „leftovers“ pulp I use as a syrup for the cakes or as a sauce to the ice-cream. |
