Salad with shrimps and orange-dill dressing

Salad with shrimps and orange-dill dressing

  • 500 g shrimps
  • 200 g salad leaves Mixed
  • 3 oranges
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 2 garlic cloves (optional), chopped finely
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • Black pepper
  • Cook and peel the shrimps (if necessary)

MARINADE

  • Squeeze the juice from one orange
  • In a bowl combine the garlic, orange juice, zest, black pepper, 1 tbsp dill
  • Leave the shrimp in the marinade for 30 min

DRESSING

  • Squeeze the juice from one orange
  • In a food processor combine the orange juice, dill, oil and black pepper
  • Peel and slice the orange
  • Arrange the salad leaves on a serving plate, add the orange and shrimps, drizzle with the dressing
