Salad with shrimps and orange-dill dressing

- 500 g shrimps
- 200 g salad leaves Mixed
- 3 oranges
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 garlic cloves (optional), chopped finely
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- Black pepper
- Cook and peel the shrimps (if necessary)
MARINADE
- Squeeze the juice from one orange
- In a bowl combine the garlic, orange juice, zest, black pepper, 1 tbsp dill
- Leave the shrimp in the marinade for 30 min
DRESSING
- Squeeze the juice from one orange
- In a food processor combine the orange juice, dill, oil and black pepper
- Peel and slice the orange
- Arrange the salad leaves on a serving plate, add the orange and shrimps, drizzle with the dressing
