My recipe
Seafood and pineapple salad

- 500 g shrimps, crab meat
- 2 cans pineapples (140 g each)
- 2 tbsp grapefruit juice
- 1 smal garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 100 g salad leaves
- Salt, pepper, vegetable oil, dill
- Chop the garlic
- Drain the pineapple juice from one can, add to the reserved juice the chopped dill, orange and lemon zest, garlic, black pepper
- Boil the shrimps and crab meat for 3 min, pour over the pineapple marinade and leave to stay for min 1 hour
- For the dressing combine the grapefruit juice with 2 tbsp pineapple juice, add in the vegetable oil, salt, pepper
- On a plate arrange the salad leaves, diced pineapple, seafood and drizzle with the dressing
