Salad with tuna

I like salads, which are quick to prepare and require no special ingredients. These salads are a perfect lunch - lights, healthy and nutritious.

Salad with tuna

  • 200 g grilled tuna
  • 120 g canned corn
  • 1 large apple (Fuji, Royal Gala)
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 150 g salad leaves
  • 100 g olives
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • salt, black pepper, dill
  • 2 tortillas


  • 1/2 orange, juice only
  • 1 tsp grated horseradish (to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt, black pepper
  • combine all dressing ingredients and whisk
  • Peel and dice the apple
  • Flake in the tuna into bite-size pieces
  • slice the onions and half the tomatoes
  • in a bowl combine the tuna, onion, tomatoes, apple, corn and olives. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with the dressing, mix gently and place to the fridge for 15 min
  • preheat the oven to 220C
  • arrange the tortillas over the upside down cups or bowls. Bake for 5-6 min. Cool the tortilla on the cups
  • arrange the salad leaves into the tortilla „bowls“, add in the tuna mixture drizzle with the rest of the dressing and sprinkle with the dill

У кого нет возможности приобрести соленою треску, думаю, вполне возможно заменить ее отварной рыбой или горячего копчения. Но You can take canned tuna, drain the oil or juices first.
