Italian salad

ИТАЛЬЯНСКИЙ САЛАТ

  • 200 g rocket leaves
  • 200 g prosciutto ham
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 70 g Parmigiano
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Slice the ham very thinly
  • On a dry pan toast the pine nuts until golden
  • In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, honey and olive oil
  • Arrange the salad leaves on a plate, season, top with the slices of ham, shavings of Parmigiano and nuts
  • Drizzle with the sauce
