My recipe
Italian salad

- 200 g rocket leaves
- 200 g prosciutto ham
- 50 g pine nuts
- 70 g Parmigiano
- Salt, black pepper
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Slice the ham very thinly
- On a dry pan toast the pine nuts until golden
- In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, honey and olive oil
- Arrange the salad leaves on a plate, season, top with the slices of ham, shavings of Parmigiano and nuts
- Drizzle with the sauce
