Salad with kiwi, grapefruit, orange and grilled cheese
Introduction
This salad is light, but still very nutritious. Could be served as a lunch.

4 portions
- 2-3 medium-sized grapefruits, peeled, segmented
- 3 medium-sized oranges, peeled, segmented
- 4-5 kiwis, peeled, sliced
- 1/2 sweet red onion (optional), sliced
- 4 celery stalks, cut
- 300 g mixed salad leaves
- 400 g cheese Haloumi, Рrimo sale
DRESSING
- 1/2 grapefruit, juice only
- 1/2 orange, juice only
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard (sweet)
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, black pepper, other spices of your choice
- Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing
- Arrange the salad leaves on the serving plates, add the onion and celery slices
- add the fruits
- on a griddle pan grill the cheese or simply fry it from both sides on a regular pan without oil
- top the salad with the grilled cheese and drizzle with the dressing
