Kiwi salsa

Kiwi salsa

  • 3 - 4 kiwi
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 3 tbsp chopped mint
  • Pulse kiwi in a food processor and combine with other ingredients
Thoughts and Ideas

I add just a bit of mint as don’t like it too much. I also season my salsa with the Sichuan pepper.
This salsa goes well with the desserts.
