Shrimps «Pil-pil» – Gambas al Pil-pil
Is it another dish from Spanish cuisine, which is as popular as Gambas al ajillo, shrimps in olive oil with garlic. The only difference is that here we use hot chilli, which gives a special flavour to the taste. There are many ways how to prepare this dish despite the simplicity of ingredients. I will give my version, whish serves 2 portions.
The amount of garlic and chilli could vary, depending on your taste. If you don’t have the smoked paprika, take the regular one. You can use the Drawn butter instead of the olive oil, the dish will taste even better..
