Smoked mussels in spicy oil
Introduction
It is not so much a recipe, but rather an idea how to add a new flavor to the food and how to keep the product a bit longer.

- 250 g smoked mussels, without the shells
- 300- 400 ml vegetable oil (olive)
- 5 - 6 cloves garlic
- 1 medium-sized hot pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- 5-6 sprigs parsley
- 4-5 black pepper corns
- Place the mussels in a jar, add the parsley (dill)
- Chop finely the garlic
- Cut the pepper lengthwise, discard the seeds
- Crush the pepper corns
- Warm up the oil, add in the garlic, peppers and the bay leaf
- Cover and allow to infuse until cooled down
- Pour the oil over the mussels and place to the fridge
